Baby Tootie has been Reborned from Ashton Drake's "Jasmine" sculpted by Waltraud Hanl.  

Photos were taken in natural daylight and have not been altered.

Baby Tootie's coloring achieved by using Genesis heat set paints.   All of her creases were shaded. Since she is a silicone baby, her skin is very soft and cannot withstand a lot of heat. You will have a little shine on her face, but that's normal. Back in the day, for African-American babies, mother's used to put Vaseline on their  faces to keep their skin soft and their faces would shine!

Tootie received a new manicure and a new soft velour body.   Tootie has 1/4" arms and 3/4" legs. Her new body was stuffed with premium poly-fil which doesn't bunch up. I've used new tiny glass pellets sealed in a cloth sack and the sack sealed.   Her limbs were filled with tiny glass beads and poly-fil and then I sealed the opening using hot glue.  She can wear 0-3 month size clothing and size 0 baby shoes so you can go out shopping for her..

Hair and Glass Eyes

Baby Tootie's hair was meticulously hand rooted with beautiful black soft wavy premium angora mohair, using the finest needle.  The hair-rooting process took hours to complete and  after rooting her hair, I applied glue and waterproof sealant inside to hold her hair in place so that you will be able to wet it for restyling.  I did not cut her hair too short so you can restyle her hair into many precious baby hairstyles. 

 

Look at Tootie's gorgeous brown glass eyes and her upper and lower human hair eyelashes. 

Dress 

Tootie's little outfit consists of a new diaper, long sleeve onesie with ruffled trim collar with embroidered flower to match her cute, fully lined,  plaid taffeta pinafore.  She is also wearing a brand new pair of lace ruffled trim socks and the cutest black patent leather shoes. 

Magnetic Pacifier

The magnet used for these pacifiers are very strong! Please use caution around electronic equipment and pacemakers.  Do not place them near your computer, credit cards, anything with a magnet strip...and please .. keep away from pacemakers. 

Coming Home

Tootie will arrive home in the outfit she is wearing,  along with her birth certificate and care instructions.  Remember, Tootie's head, hands and legs are made of soft silicone, therefore you cannot constantly pull on her fingers and toes without damaging them eventually.  Silicone is very, very soft and can tear.

I DO NOT REFUND DUE TO BUYER REMORSE.  These babies are not toys, and will last as long as proper care is taken.  Do Not display your babies in direct sunlight!  This doll is now a collectible and is not meant to be played with as a child's toy.
